M.E. Realty has just opened M.E. Too Realty, a KY Licensed Real Estate Company not affiliated with LBAR. This means you can place your license with M.E. Too Realty (keeping it active - out of escrow) and not have to pay the annual LBAR dues! When you refer a buyer or seller to the M.E. Too Realty Broker, you will be paid a generous referral commission. As with M.E. Realty, you also have the opportunity to earn bonus commission for other agents you recruit.

You will loose access to LBAR and LBAR Lockboxes, however, M.E. Too Realty will allow you to keep earning commissions while Real Estate is not your primary job. At any time you would like to rejoin LBAR, you can easily transfer your license to M.E. Realty and start earning some of the highest commission splits in the industry!
